The community of Arborlea is located in Yardley, PA just a few miles outside of historic Yardley Borough. Its boundaries extend from Yardley-Morrisville Road through North Pennsylvania Avenue, also including West Ferry Road and Pine Grove Road.
Arborlea consists of approximately 270 single family homes built over a span of several hundred years with the highest construction volume during the 1950’s. The style of homes are varied; offering Colonials, Cape Cods, Ranches and Split-Levels. The community of Arborlea is within easy access to Rt-1 and Int-95.
